Check whether the problem occurs on one channel, all channels or only the Google TV player. Note the time and exact message. Avoid immediately deleting an account or factory-resetting hardware.
Compare the network path
For Google TV, place the streamer away from a metal TV enclosure. Restart just the player first, then compare another stream and, if possible, another compatible device on the same subscription.
Recover with a specific support request
If problems persist, confirm that account entry and guide updates work after a restart. Send support the device model, player version and one repeatable example without exposing your password or full account URL.
Before paying for a longer plan
Confirm the total charge and currency, permitted connections, app fees and renewal route. If your goal is a reseller account, check the brand-specific credit rule rather than using a retail plan as a price proxy.
