Start by narrowing the failure
Check whether the problem occurs on one channel, all channels or only the Mac player. Note the time and exact message. Avoid immediately deleting an account or factory-resetting hardware.
Compare the network path
For Mac, wired Ethernet or a reliable Wi-Fi band. Restart just the player first, then compare another stream and, if possible, another compatible device on the same subscription.
Recover with a specific support request
If problems persist, verify macOS compatibility before buying an app licence. Send support the device model, player version and one repeatable example without exposing your password or full account URL.
Before paying for a longer plan
Confirm the total charge and currency, permitted connections, app fees and renewal route. If your goal is a reseller account, check the brand-specific credit rule rather than using a retail plan as a price proxy.
